Course overview
This course includes training and assessment on the following:
- COMCAT1 – Commercial catering boiler burners, open/solid top ranges, hot plates and bain maries.
Entry requirements
COMCAT1 candidates must hold one of the following ACS qualifications:
- Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety (CCCN1)
- Changeover from Domestic to Commercial Catering module (CODC1).
From Monday 1st September 2022, you must have been registered on the Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 12 months to add additional appliances to your initial registration.
