Course overview
This qualification is part of the QA Mental Health First Aid qualification suite. The qualification and learning outcomes are based on subject matter expert recommendations and extensive research in the field of Mental Health First Aid.
This QA qualification is for people who want to become more aware of Mental Health issues in the workplace and in everyday life, as well as how they can potentially improve their own mindfulness.

Entry requirements
Students must be at least 16 years old.
Expiry
It is not a requirement for Learners to renew this qualification, however, it is recommended they keep up to date with current best practice.
Methods of Assessment
1 x Theory Assessment (Multiple Choice Question Paper).
Certification
Successful candidates will receive a personalised Qualsafe Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (Level 1 RQF) e-Certificate.
